I had a wonderful time at this hotel during my vacation. The staff, especially John and George, made me feel welcomed with their kindness and entertainment. The pool facilities were excellent and perfect for both kids and adults. However, I think the dining options could use some improvement, particularly with the beverages. Also, having another beach with coral reefs would enhance the experience significantly.
